Consumer Law Carlill v Carbolic low-down Ball Co. [1893] Facts: The Defendants manufactured and sell the Carbolic bullet train Ball and advertised in the publisher that they would pay _100 to anyone who uses the practice of medicine as directed and moreover produces a cold, influenza, or different cold disease.
